Online Return Policy

 

HOWIESFURNITURE.NET INTERNET SALES POLICY & TERMS. Prior to purchase it is Buyers responsibility to measure doorways, hallways and stairways before ordering to verify that items purchased will fit. Seller will not be responsible for merchandise to large to fit.

 

All items sold by us are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are so confident you will be happy with your purchase that if you are not, we gladly permit the exchange and or return of any items not satisfactory for any reason, subject to our exchange and or return policy described herein. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may RETURN or EXCHANGE your product(s) provided the items are returned within three (3) days of receipt provided; all items returned and or exchanged must be new, unused and packaged in the original packing. All products parts, instruction manuals, tools, warranty(s) must be returned to receive full credit. If any of the above is missing you may incur additional restocking charge.

 

All returnable and or exchangeable items will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Mattresses and special orders will be charged a 65% restocking fee. Cancelation of an order before shipment is subject to a minimum of 25%, special orders will incur a 50% restocking fee. Seller makes no warranties beyond any written on this order, such disclaimer, does not affect manufacturer(s) warranty, if any. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of any warranty to the provided seller incurs no costs.

 

Shipper and or Trucker is independent of Seller therefore we are unable to designate delivery date and or time. Buyer must inspect the cartons and packaging prior to accepting and signing the delivery receipt, if the packaging appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt, if the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In any event Buyer assumes all risks and costs associated with shipping, freight and handling costs for the shipping from seller to buyer and from buyer to seller in the event of a return(s) and or exchange(s) buyer shall incur the costs of all freight and handling in addition to any restocking and other costs that may be incurred.

 

Any freight claim for concealed or other claims for items accepted whether noted or not as damaged cartons (slightly or significantly) on the delivery receipt or not shall be buyers sole responsibility to file a claim(s) with trucker and or shippers for reimbursement or other credit sought by buyer. Certain rules apply related to trucking and shipping with each shipment a claim must be filed almost immediately so please read the trucker/shipper claims terms your purchase and in the event you need to make a claim such is completed timely possibly (48 hours or less).
