Due to the nature of our business model as warehouse discount furniture seller. Please review and understand the following physical store locations store polices.
All SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS
All Exchanges and Cancellations are subject to seller approval. A mi nu mum 15% of the purchase price will be assessed (restocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandised picked up. Buyer agrees to measure all doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandised that is purchased that is to large to fit.
Seller can designate a day for delivery. But not a specified time. Seller can not move, haul or rearrange furniture.
Seller make no warranty beyond what is written description itemize on our invoices. Such disclaimers does not affect manufacture warranty , if any. Seller will assist the buyer in the exeresis of all factory warranties.
Buyers layaways are not subject to cancellations. Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule, or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards layaway may be forfeited.
